Offerings and Access. Virgo offers a number of Offerings under the Virgo brand or brands owned by us. Offerings are generally accessed through the Site or through a third party provider of which we approved, such as the Play Store. Some Offerings may require you to create an account with Virgo.
Third-Party Content and Services. In certain Offerings, including Virgo Swaps, Virgo Staking, and Virgo Wallet, you may view, have access to, and may use the informational content, products, or services of one or more third parties (“Third Party Content” and “Third Party Services” respectively). In each such case, you agree that you view, access or use such content and services at your own election. Your reliance on any Third Party Content and use of Third Party Services in connection with the Offerings is governed on one hand by this Agreement but, on the other, will also generally be subject to separate terms and conditions set forth by the applicable third party content and/or service provider. Third Party Content and Third Party Services are provided for your convenience only. We do not verify, curate, or control Third Party Content. We do not control Third Party Services. As a result, we do not guarantee, endorse, or recommend such content or services to any or all users of the Offerings, or the use of such content or services for any particular purpose. You access, rely upon or use any Third Party Content or Third Party Service at your own risk. Virgo disclaims all responsibility and liability for any Losses on account of your reliance upon or use of such content or services. We have no responsibility for Third Party Content that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable to you or under the law in your jurisdiction. The choice to rely on Third Party Content or to use a Third Party Service is your own, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your reliance or use is in compliance with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, disable, or impose access restrictions or limits on the use of any Third Party Service at any time without notice.
Virgo periodically offers its users opportunities to participate in crypto-currency airdrops. These airdrops are free distributions, decided by Virgo, of defined amounts of specific crypto-currencies. Users can join the airdrop by entering their username X (formerly Twitter) in the app and interacting with the airdrop post on the specified social network, usually by retweeting and liking it. Specific details, including the conditions of participation, the duration of the airdrop and the amount of crypto offered, are clearly communicated in the app to enable users to participate easily and transparently. At the end of the airdrop period, a draw is made among the participants. Each user has an equal chance of winning, with a probability of 1 over the total number of participants. Please note that a user can only win one prize per airdrop.
Each airdrop offered in Virgo Wallet is subject to specific conditions. To ensure maximum fairness, each individual is limited to one entry per airdrop. Virgo Wallet reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude from the draw any entry deemed suspicious or in breach of the defined conditions. This may include the exclusion of any person identified as having submitted multiple entries, using multiple IP addresses, or having associated accounts deemed to be in violation of the airdrop rules. These exclusions are based on data collected by Virgo Wallet, such as IP addresses, associated accounts, or other relevant information. The aim is to guarantee the integrity of the draw process and ensure a fair environment for all participants.
Collection of Personal Data: Virgo may collect certain personal data from users, such as username on X (formerly Twitter), the various addresses that make up your account, and IP address in connection with specific programs such as crypto airdrops. This information may be collected to facilitate the distribution of airdrops or for other promotional activities.
To access Virgo Wallet services, users have two options for creating an account:
Seed Phrase Import: Users can import an existing seed phrase from a compatible wallet to create and access their Virgo Wallet account.
New Seed Phrase Creation: Users can generate a new secure seed phrase via Virgo Wallet to create a new account.
Security Requirements:
Strong Passwords: Once an account has been created (either by importing or by creating a new seed phrase), users are encouraged to add an extra layer of security by setting a strong password to access their account. This password must be strong, with a combination of special characters, upper and lower case letters, and numbers.

Account Suspension or Termination: Virgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these usage rules. In case of a breach of the Terms and Conditions, disciplinary measures may be taken, including the termination of the account without prior notice.
